There are some really good christian post-hardcore/metalcore bands.

I BELIEVE Asking Alexandria, We Came as Romans, The Devil Wears Prada and Abandon All Ships are christian.
Or the lyrics sound somewhat related.

i dont get the big deal though. Why does it matter if the music is christian or not?? :\

asking alexandri is most DEFINITELY not christian.

if a band swears at all, you know for a fact they arent...

Casting Crowns

swearing in itself isn't bad..

It's how you use the words, if you're using them lyrically, you aren't harming anybody unless you're directing them at specific individuals/groups.
In fact, vulgar conveys a stronger message a lot of times.

Just because you're influenced by the media regularly, that doesn't mean that you're going to be obsessed with sex, hate, crime and all of this other crap.

Whether a person likes it or not, that same stuff is going to jump out at you no matter what at times, it's just how mature you are that determines how it affects you.
