comparing mice and humans, and the christian belief from the garbage on tv, the catholic church and extreemism over the ages is illogical.

It's only an analogy designed to point out that just because you believe what you see to be too great to not have a creator doesn't mean that said creator is a Biblical God.

I need to quit making analogies in the religious section as people consistently try to debunk my analogy instead of acknowledging the point I was using it to make.

Heres an analogy of an analogy for lols:

It's like if someone tells me that apples don't come from trees that grow out of the ground and I'm like thats like saying oranges don't come from trees that grow out of the ground and the first person is like apples aren't oranges.

Hey thanks, if they were I wouldn't be making an analogy.

this is true

An atheist is someone who lacks the belief that there is a God not someone who believes there is no God.

Being open to the possiblity of their being a god and believing there is no god are two completely different things
athiesm means "without god" not oh im open to the option, please prove to me.

If someone presented me true proof of God I wouldn't deny it.

Your English kinda sucks and I'm really having difficulty following the point you're trying to make.

Theist is someone who believes in God.

the prefix A means without therefor an atheist is without the belief of God. It does not mean someone who believes there is no God.

It's not as simple as "negative and positive" like you want it to be, so you can't just disregard the definition of a word just because it doesn't fit your argument."Agnostic" means "without knowledge." You can have agnostic atheists (what you're referring to as agnostics) just like you can have agnostic theists (people who don't KNOW there is a god but believe that there is probably one anyway). Conversely, there are gnostic theists (people who think they know there is a god) and gnostic atheists (people who think they know there is no god).

But doesn't it not come back to what Slacker said about "Positive and Negative" because Christianity is all about believing their is one God, not knowing, so they all sort of fall into one. Maybe i'm missing something.

...?

You just told me I'm not an atheist I clearly proved by the definition of the word that I am.

@Bentheredonethat
There's no point in mentioning agnostic theists in the Christian forum as an agnostic theist may be able to exist but an agnostic christian cannot.
