what do you mean "IF you believe in science"? and your claim that it's impossible for another dimension to exist "if you believe in science" is entirely false.....
I have great respect for people who are able to give their lives to something they believe is better than life itself, but come on now. This is just terrible advice. People need to stop reading the bible so literally. Breaking up with someone because you're not exactly alike is essentially the same thing as discrimination. You're taking on the air of superiority by suggesting that you have to "convert" people to be compatible with them. I don't really care that it's in the bible. This would be very unChristian in the eyes of most Christians I know.
To the op: look dude, stop yourself before you get too wrapped up in this religion thing. Focus more on how you function as a couple and not on the things that make you different. You should celebrate these differences after all. They're a passage to connecting yourself to the rest of the world.
He's posting it in the Christian Sub-forum for a reason. What I've stated is a hard truth. For example, if a Christian is going through trials with God, they won't be able to turn to the closest person in their life for wisdom and solace. You either believe what the Bible says or you don't. You can't pick and choose.
