I think it's ok to get angry. Some people have more of a tempter than others, and it's hard for them to deal with it. I wouldn't recommend bottling up. Anger has a time and a place, and I think you should try to let it out when nobodys around. I usually get it out in the car by myself, whether driving or parked somewhere. While you are angry, find something that can calm you down, whether its a passage memorization you can recite, or a mantra you can recite to yourself, or go grab a drink of water or something to cool you off so you can get some distance and space to vent your anger safely.

i'm pretty similar to that. i don't get mad at situations or people in my life really ever. but i get way too angry over small dumb thigns like video games or stubbing my toe and puncing a wall
