No no, what your looking at is an overview of creation and then an explanation of the creation of man, both the same instance of creation, just one is a mention and the other is an expansion apon that mention

he is talking bout the triune god - the father the son and hte holy spirit... ofc they are the same and one god but each have their own special personality
god the father is the one who rules the universe and all
jesus is the son who died for our sins
the holy spirit is the one who is with us now and gives us a special connection to god and other believers
each component of god loves us all equally and neither should be neglected

think of it as different roles but teh same person
god the father is your father and he provides everything for you, he devises what you are, and what you are going to become, much like an earthly father but has a higher decree on your life obviously because he is god
jesus is the son of god and we are co-inheriters of god's throne, he is like our much older wiser brother but also the one who gave himself for us to protect us from his holy and just nature
the holy spirit is like a companion in our life once we are born again, he rides along with us, the word Paracleet means comforter.. he's like a friend in need and hears and sees everything you go through...

all is god ofc.. we dont' understand it fully... even i dont understand ..i tried to explain but even i get confused
just like our salvation we dont understand everything completely but we just have to trust by faith
who can know god completely? who can know the wonders of his majesty? he is god...
