Colossians 3:8
But now you must rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips.
Ephesians 4:29
Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
(NIV)
just a few verses about our speech, we are called to use godly language in all our words. And just as this guy proved, cussing in today's world can hurt your witness which is one of the most important things to think about when we do things that we may not consider a sin. we are called to be strangers to this world and the language of the world should not be the language that we use. there is really no reason to use these words because when it comes down to it there is no way they are glorifying to god
my very humble opinion is that saying that any specific word is a "sinful word" is just stupid.
there is no scripture that says any specific word is outlawed or cant be said, it basicly comes down to how the word is used, for example
if i were to say "your an a$$ hole!" that would be unscriptural
but if i were to say "my a$$ hurts" it wouldnt really be against anything in scripture
on a side note, nearly every word that we consider to be a "cuss word" is derived from another word that means a completly different thing then what we believe it to mean.
cussing is a myth, slander is a sin, period.
