I didn't understand the point of freewill being faulty design. Care to explain? (I actually just want to lol at you so please try)

Some times I don't either. But if such a God does exists, I think it'd be within his ability to provide freewill.

But apparently such a deity that exists in Christianity doesn't see a point in manifesting itself in our reality, and has decided for whatever reason to allow evil to exist as well.

Or do people just turn to religion to justify what evil we find in ourselves and the world around us?

Some people claim to be 'in tune' enough to decipher God's interactions with 'our reality'. Also, I don't think anyone is justifying evil. I think, if anything, they are attempting to understand it for the sake or conquering it.
