My father is an amazing man. He's the toughest guy you'll ever meet, but at the same time, you'll never meet someone who cares as much about his family than him. He's not perfect, he curses, drinks, and smokes. However, he would literally bend over backwards if it meant helping his family if he could. He takes care of his wife, children, and his children's children even. He does it all for us. He's very old fashioned; he doesn't even know how to turn on a PC. His only entertainment when he's home is spending time with his family, watching Spanish soap operas, and sleeping. However, he's a great handyman. He can fix, destroy, recreate basically anything that exists. He's an incredibly hard worker as well, he goes to work at a race track every day at 4:30 am to 2:00 pm, and when he comes back he works at the local church from 5:00-9:00 pm.

Anyway, his eye has been incredibly painful for him lately. We took him to countless doctors, and they say they can't find anything wrong with his eye. Today, the doctor said they want to do an MRI Scan to check for a brain tumor.
This scares the shit out of me. I want them to find out what's wrong with him and fix it immediately. I've been praying for him to become healthy and live many many more happy years with no disabilities. He deserves to be healthy and happy. He's a great guy. Please pray for him jsp

if your father was a cordial and believing man, I guess he wont have a tumor. Deseases are a punishment from our beloved lord. The only thing what can help him, are prayers.
If he was a good man and still got a tumor, god will have other plans for him at a better place - the heaven! You and him should be glad and praise the lord for his grace. Hallelujah!
But of course, without judging your father, chances are that he had a bad past and didn't expiate for his sins. In this case, he would go down with the other doomed people to the hell.

Hope all is well with your father, I never met mine so I cannot really relate. But I can tell from your post he has insane compassion which is awesome. Keep us updated on the MRI scans.

The modern medicine is doing an iniquity on the creation of our LORD, selling medicine for a lot of money to cheat him.Thanks to the LORD the modern medicine at least fails at very fatal sins like homosexuality -> AIDS.
He gives us the life, he takes the life. As I stated already in another thread, sometimes our human brain can't understand it, why he takes our beloved family members or friends out of their terrestrial life.
But GOD has plans for everyone, and he knows what to do. Praise him and feel the love. What is life on earth in comparasion to the eternity? If your father believed in GOD his whole life and was a good man, he will be on a much more better place as the earth: the heaven. It's a wonderful place, filled with glory and grace!
