The healing power of prayer that the Rosary gives is very powerful.

I find I become stronger after I pray the Rosary, and I feel like it heals the spirit, like it unlocks strength within us and also helps solve the things within that might be troubling,

and even destroys it, or gives us the courage to face it, and eventually overcome it, because anything is possible with God.

The Holy Spirit is the power. Not the rosary.

the problem here is by mentionning Rosary, you refer to virgin Mary, then refer to catholic faith.
thats a conflict with pentecostal or new born christian people

Oh, I am catholic, I believe that the virgin Mary is the mother of god

and she is indeed. Praying the virgin Mary is a very powerful way to obtain Grace from God. The virgin Mary is not God, nor the Holy Spirit but because she is the mother of Jesus, through her intercession, we can obtain source of Grace.
