I was wondering what you guys thought about heaven
will we be able to know who was our friends on earth, and talk to them?
it just seems to me that heaven would almost be terrible if all the people i ever loved on the earth i didnt know for eternity
i know the bible doesnt say too much about heaven but any bible verses would be appreciated

The Bible describes Heaven as a beautiful, perfect place free from disease and hunger, and it also describes that your time will be spent in continual praise of God. I always got the mental picture of sitting in church singing "How Great Thou Art" over and over, for eternity. So I guess you would probably know who your friends are, and you might even get to stand next to them while you're praising God, but it's still continual praise.

Jesus spoke about the Kingdom of Heaven in parables. I do recall Jesus also saying that the reason why he doesn't give us an example of Heaven itself is if he did that, we wouldn't even begin to understand what he was talking about.

Nobody can even imagine what Heaven is like.

if heaven existed then everyone would be in it.

that said one could argue many points... but its all oppinions and beliefs...

Personally for me, I believe we will only see our loved one/etc, god is not very clear about who we will see, but I am sure he will have treasures stored for us and we will be happier then a billy goat, lol!

But for real, God has treasures that are stored in heaven waiting,

I believe we will only see our truly Loved ones in heaven

What a weird topic. In Heaven you will be more focused on Jesus/God than anything else...

I'm so happy to be a servant of the Living God.

Just think of how the watchers diligently serve Him eternally, bringing messages & performing his duties.
