The difference in genetics is unknown.The food probably was better.The environment is debateable. There would have been no real knowledge of medical ailments or cures though. I can't take this as a certainty.

Genes are constantly deterioateing, especially on the Y(male) chromosome.
Before the flood there was a layer of water in the atmosphere thats where the rain came from, if you look at the ages of people after the flood they are much shorter.

When you clone a mouse for example, that is already very old, the clone will have a much shorter lifespan.
