To answer your question simply, no.
However, we are warned about the love of money.
1 Timothy 6:10 reads, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs."
But if it's not for the love of money, it's just for the love of fun. You don't believe that to be okay?
If I go out and spend $50 at an amusement park with my friends I could do the same with $50 at my friends house as we all sit around and talk as we play poker.
Is it not considered the same thing since I'm "gambling?" I don't really consider it gambling, it's more about the fun to me than the money.
