I think he meant...

Since you have a large amt of lucent, you can actually sell that in any server, but requires you to make a new character.
For example, if you create a new character in NA east on an early access server on your account, your lucent will carry over and you can sell to other people in this forum. This is helpful if you find a big buyer.
