So, i have no clue whether anyone would ever play pvp on hardcore at level 30 - does this happen at all? or is this just useless?

Yes we do, but we use a bo helm simply to pre buff and we'd find a +2 war cry, 3 bo one (effectively +5 bo at that level)

And then we'd absolutely swap to eth rockstopper at 31 or gface at 34, or at the very least a 3 open socket big life barb skill helm for monstrous jewels to duel

JUst for anyone else reading this turns out notto be true. I have offers on it and they are not for a generic BO helm.
