running is not bad, we still run in base and it's annoying being slow
But i agree, fhr would be better indeed! but for us sorcs is also kinda easy to hit the 86% fhr breakpoint (55% only in spirti monarch)
Currently i'm using a -10% / 20fhr / 49 mana one, which is probably better than this
