You actually want + cold dmg for this one. All others minus, except cold.
I disagree. The -10% works at 10% as opposed to the 1/5 when breaking immunities. The math says against immune, this is superior. Against non immunes, yes cold dam might be better but cold sorc clears non immune with ease already
