Note: From what I can tell after researching this jewel is that this jewel should not be able to exist at required level 12. It has the max mana roll of 10 for the "Zircon" prefix, the max damage roll of 9 for the "wrath" suffix and 8/10 @res from the "Shimmering" prefix. These have a level requirement of 3/11/16 respectively, which would indicate that this jewel would require level 16 to use instead of 12. I do not know if perhaps it rolled at an ilvl that could only have 3 mods and as such, perhaps this affected its required level or if perhaps the 8/10 @res roll somehow scaled its required level down (I have never heard of either of these things happening or even being a thing), If you have information on this please elaborate. Either way I think it is safe to say this is an absolutely BEASTY lvl 12 jewel....just my opinion but yeah....

No HCL LLDs? I would think it would at least be useful to them. Either way it is an excellent trophy item.

Not trying to spam or anything but in a flash of insight I figured it out...or at least I thought I did (the maths worked out). However, in the end I found some information on arreat summit (I must have skimmed over it too quickly and missed it). Here is how the jewel is level 12 instead of 16:

Highest affix is 16, thus 16/4 = 4, 16 - 4 = 12. So NOT an "Impossible Jewel" but still a very nice jewel, especially for LLD, imo. :)
