Can you give full stats on this? (% damage to demons, str, res all?)

Thanks to the existence of ancients jewels, I think my chestpiece is where I'll forfeit using fortitude and find something I can socket. This is...maybe my best option?

Magic Damage, -7% Enemy Magic Resistance, +8% Magic Skill Damage, +4% Experience Gained, 39% Extra Gold from Monsters, 35% Better Chance of Getting Magic Items.(200fg)
