This fella has been hijacking chaos runs with a TP just outside town, waiting for someone to take it by mistake and hostile them. Why? Cause deep into group runs, everyone trust the portal to be at River WP for BO. And speed is key during TZ. He takes advantage of that to get his ears.

Hopefully someone can catch him outside the moor.

adding another 500 to get some traction going. fyi, if youre a caster he'll just sit in town and hide.
