I have noticed that once made hall/cytadels/anomally maps refresh and can be entered after some time passes. Do you know how it works ? Its like x per day or each of them have a % to get refreshed ?

i don't think this happens, you can run them twice with the tablet but thats all i know of

ye I know about the tablets, just happened to me that i cleared an area and after some time they were again available, ask one mate in guild and he also noticed that, maybe just a bug after restarting servers on sth.
