There are a few ways to get it on there. Usually people fracture T1 Increased Phys% and then Chaos spam for +6 and then continue the craft from there
Another way is to start from a white base and start hitting it with perfect augments and anulls until you get T1 Phys and +6 then you can move from there.
If you’re talking about a rare mace that already has full affixes then whittling + perfect chaos would be the way to go.
