I havent done any trades on POE2. How are they being managed with the new player "Shops"?

If I am buying divines, do i just put the item in my shop for X Div, send a link to the item and my character name? Or is it an in party trade, like in poe1?

I've seen it done both ways. I personally send the url link like it's done in poe 2. I don't use the in game shop for jsp

If they're doing instant buyout then make them go first unless its a really old jsp account or something then you won't have any issues with that method; prefer just traditional send trade link then open trade window though.
