New player here.

I read that they nerfed Nova projectiles, and now Nova projectiles II is the replacement.
I'm not understanding how to continue shooting explosive shot without the 8 second cooldown from Nova Projectiles II.
Without Nova projectiles, It's not an issue and it auto reloads on kills with no cooldown.
I'm using all gems in the build including Arjuns medal.
Am I missing something, or is it no longer possible to just continue shooting without reload cooldown?

I'll pay someone a FG tip for an explanation on how to make it work, or whether it's no longer possible to use Nova projectiles.
