I just got my blood mage to lvl 80 and trying to choose which bild to go for. Is spark just the best route compared to the likes of frost bolt or fireball/ember fusillade? And is frost bolt even more PC demanding than fireball?

Also I really want to try the full life version with veil of the night, is it going to be viable on a "lower" budget e.g. 50% 1 socket veil and like 1400 hp 2 socket kaoms with tecrod but no other fancy jewels? Thinking like 30 div max total.
