Been screwing around with this bow I found. About to remove the cold damage off it. Tried to fracture the T1 flat phys and failed. Is there any way to roll tier 2 phys % on it since it only needs 1 prefix? (only wanting to try since it's 3 socket)


Rolled it and hit T3 accuracy and phy % -_-

I would try my luck using Omen of whitting and chaos it off but need to use a prefix omen to make sure chaos will roll the prefix. The Cold damage looks like tier 3 or 4
