If you are experiencing really high loading times getting into the game, try this next time cuz it's worked for me. Before I logout I go to my hideout then exit. Then when I login it is so much quicker than spawning into town..I have to assume it's due to the many people in the towns at one time. Idk give it a shot and maybe it will make a difference for ya.
