If I use Omen of whitling + Omen dextral erasure, will it remove the accuracy rating or light radius?

They are both only one mod so it would change both if either.

The answer is yes

Increased Accuracy Rating + Light Radius is an ilvl 1 modifier

Because the omen of whittling removes the lowest ilvl modifier on the item, it will remove this mod. None of the other mods can spawn at ilvl 1.

For example, T1 Lightning, T3, T4 Phys do not spawn at level 1 and neither does 25% ias or + 4 projectile skills
