What's the best way to remove the +dex on this quiver? Do I just annul suffix for a 1/3 shot? Any way to improve odds? Happy to pay fg/divs for anyone that can help

wouldnt spend much tryna modify this 3-5 fire damage to attack base/10

probably just sell it as is as a temp for someone else instead of 1/3ing it ?

also dextral anuls arent cheap
