What's the best way to remove +dex on this quiver? Do I just annul the suffix? so best shot i have is 1/3? Any way to improve the odds?

At this point I wouldn't recommend an annul unless you want to brick your quiver

but as the other guy said this quiver is a fire quiver base so it's missing that crit on the base as well

I would just rock this until you can upgrade safely
