Haven't played since launch. Haven't even beat all of the acts. Didn't play last reset... Want to hop in and relearn basics for the reset and get prepped. What is a fun somewhat nonchalant character I could play that would make campaign somewhat easy and starting maps? Not looking for 20 combo button smashers, just something that'll get me through, since this char is somewhat pointless after reset.

I'll be checking max roll, but just wanted to also get some seasoned player's opinions.

Simply the strongest and easiest ascendency

Can go either bow (lightning arrow) or spear (lightning spear)
Bow will probably be better than spear for endgame in 0.3 but I assume spear will still be strong enough for campaign and early endgame even with the nerfed Tangletongue as a budget build until you find/craft your good rare bow to make the transition into bow build
