I made a build a few weeks ago that was pure phys scaling poison and bleed and it was meh..I had no armour break tho which I just learned recently about lol..how much better would my build have been with breaking mobs armour?

Full armor break on ennemies = 20% more dmg

I'd imagine it works with ailments too since it's based off hit DMG?

It should work like you said yes. Maybe try in PoB 2 ? I'm not at home cant test it right now and i have a 14 hours flight to take lol
