currently a lvl 44 monk. after killing bog in act 3 i only have 60 spirit. i looked online and i didnt do the king of the mist quest so i went back to kill him but he didnt drop the +spirit thing? is my monk fuked? did anyone else have a problem like this?

You get more spirit in cruel difficulty (second time through campaign).
