I one shot arbiter at any level, but upon doing so he still goes onto his 2nd phase even though he's supposed to be dead.
Sometimes he just bashes around the floor and drops the rings you need to stand in, and after that he just dies automatically after that and sometimes I have to poke him with the spear just a regular stab.
Anyone else encounter this?
