Is it possible to somehow change some of the UI layout?

Would like to be able to move the bosses healthbar for example or move the buffs/debuffs icon that your character has to a different place.

Found nada in the settings about this other than if you have a widescreen that you can tweak it somewhat, but not the actual buff/debuff icons I guess.
