New to playing PoE (never played the first one). I have built up an in-game wealth of about 17 div, and want to start improving the character further. This is kinda where I'm a little bit lost as I honestly don't know what to buy.

I'd be happy to toss a div or two worth of fg to any chad's who can enlighten me. Feel like I've pigeonholed myself following builds and lost out on building the knowledge to know this sort of thing for myself.

Anything you're struggling with? Survivability, clear speed, mana issues etc?

Buy or do 4th ascendency if you haven't already. Force of Will is a huge power boost for mana stackers

At a quick glance your equipment(especially gloves) have useless stats for you that you can get replaced. Also your chest only has 5 rolls?

Not sure if you're actually using flame wall still too but you stop using that after you get to endgame. Would also be nice to see your full skill setup

Negative fire and elect resist is probably also an issue depending on what you're doing

You haven't dropped your ES nodes when you switched to EB lol
Drop rapid recharge, hallowed ground and essence infusion
I'd recommend pathing up the middle and grabbing overexposure and pathing left from there to MoM and nodes around it.
Grab Lightning Quick, on the right ish side (you have branching bolts right next to it), and I think from the pts you saved from removing ES nodes you should be able to path past CI on the right to Wild Storms.

Don't bother getting to frazzle until you're into your 90s, prolly get alternating current instead. (saw you have frazzled annointed which is good)

There's several viable variances but I use only spark 99% of the time but I can drop orb to debuff bosses and cast on shock conduit takes care of them quickly.

For gear I'd try buffing resist, you wanna cap all res (cept chaos since you got CI) and ES (ES on gear converts to mana esp chest) ingenuity is prolly your next big upgrade at your price range a 60% ingenuity is like 4 divs now? check to see if you can get resistance as a corrupt.
as a sorc i don't find int on chest/helm/boots/gloves all that great maybe 1 or 2 int rolls so you have 205 int and can equip a lv 20 spark gem.

not sure how familiar you are with using trade search but here's a nice search filter for boots with 30% move speed with 100+ ES and 140+ mana with over 50% total res that are under 200 ex

the neat thing with this kind of filter is once it loads you'll see 2 "sum" one will be about 50 and the other about 300 click on the "sum:300" (ignore the one that's ~50) then it'll show you the boots with the most total value of stats that are under 200 ex, keep in mind you have to tetris your res with other pieces. You can also change the resistance weighted sum to say 30 and it'll show you single res boots.
