First of all, im only outing someone here because a 3rd party has confirmed, via pm, Chowmiw did this and because Chowmiw himself has agreed to it in a pm. He claims he dident know he couldent steal other peoples threades/trades.

So I got confirmation that my tradethread had been hijacked. This was a thread ive paid for and I have respect the bump rule. But people thats been offering me in here has stood me up several times, It first I though they just multiofferd and someone else beat me too it. And thats all fair. But now four people in a row that I pmed stood me up. So after waiting about 30 min ingame and no of the people in my thread that I replied to shows up it just feels wierd. I then get confirmation from one of these that another user has hijacked my thread. That person dident react that it was someone else sending him a tradelink for the divines offerd in my thread and I dont blame him nor anyone else here that traded with Chowmiw. But I do blame the person who hijackes other peoples trade threads. It stealing both peoples trades and time. Not only its it really bad mannerd, what he is doing it also against the first two rules of trading.

Do not steal other people's trade threads. (you may be warned for this, as it is spamming).
No trades via PM. (It's harder to prove a scam via PM than from a trade thread, so always negotiate and deal through a trade thread, not PM).

If anyone else know that their threads were stolen or if you offerd something in a thread (not beloning to Chowmiw) and instantly was aproached by Chowmiw id really apreciate if you let me know because im making a report against him.

I can see the no trade via pm rule (lots of trades go on in poe2 and even Poe on its release year via pm! Must be a culture thing) but the hijacking the thread I see none of it on the thread we were talking on, again good luck bro and here's to hoping to a prosperous future!

so someone offers me 50 div and he straights away sends a link this via pm "@xxx Hi, I would like to buy your Glyph Vessel Sapphire listed for 50exalted in Standard (stash tab "Trade"; position: left 4, top 1)" that is then used by the seller who then pm him ingame.

If you can do this what are the points of making threads and bumping them each 3 hours if you can just go into other people threads and pm the people there? And just stealing the trades from the trade owner. This is also a way to scam. A fresh account can go into existing trades and make the same pm, and maybe the seller dosent realise its another person. That is one of many valid reason to trade via threads and no pm.

A 3rd user also confirmed to me that chowmiw approached someone in his thread, where chowmiw said he was the threadowners friend and would make the trade.

Basically this users is trying to get as many divines as cheap as possible and dosent care how he does it. No manners what so ever.

So it's not thread hijacking but trade sniping you are having issues with!

How is it not hijacking if trades are made to me in my thread, that I paid for, and he uses it to pick up trades that were directed to me? He knows some have sold me divs for 32 a peace and he knows since its a bold, paid, topic more people will come in and when they then see others sold for 32 they might be willing to do the same so he then tracks my topic and when someone makes a post about selling me divs for 32 ea he pm's them a tradelink right away. Whats the point for me to make a topic/pay for a topic, bump a topic etc if anyone else can steal the trades that are directed to me? If so there would be better to have an open marketplace. Hijacking/sniping w/e he is still stealing my thread for his own good.

Another user pm'ed me about him probably using multpli accounts. Here was a topic below where he tried to buy divines way cheaper then market, then the theory is he used another account (that was created 10 days after his own) to sell him self some divines below market pricet so some, that dosent know better, would start selling to him for that same price.

Personally I just make paid threads cuz it looks cute and not really for the idea that it makes people respect my post any more so than the regular off the mill threads out there, I really think your complaint though is that chow is sniping your customers away from you before you can respond to them
