I was just wondering if you guys can share your experience by playing on laptops. As i travel a lot (and i mean a lot by being away from home 50% of the time) i want to buy new laptop which can play without any issue Poe2. I m contemplating between something with rtx 4070 or 4080. The 4080 one is quite pricy but with 4070 i m afraid i will have issues. At the end of the day if 4070 its not good enough....ok what to do, open pockets more :).

Tldr can you guys, playing on laptops with geforce rtx 4070, share your experience? Or any other video cards that are perfect for poe2 on laptops? Also i dont care to play on high video. All at minimum is ok.

I got antpwer with a 1660 super ...
Running to low setting but graph show cpu bottleneck a lot when it get intense

google geforece now subscription and bypass all of it, however i dont believe u can do new subscriptions for awhile as they are influx of a new merchant, i got in a month ago for 20$ a month on a4080 and its great, no cpu , laptop stays cool as well.. i run high settings now.

E/ my bad I didn’t see he’s running a laptop. I bought a cheapo from Walmart with a 3050ti and played just fine. Lowest setting of course.

if u want play on laptop, check geforce now. Playing on laptops is usually bad idea.
Geforce now goes quite smoth even on laggy builds

I forgot to mention i m limited to internet also while traveling. Geforce is not an option. At home i used to play on geforce with no issues at all.

Yeah geforce will consume lot of data if u traveling forget it

Idk about 4070 but at 3070 I’m already dipping to below 60fps sometimes (on FHD!) and mobile gpus are usually weaker than the desktop variant, so go for the better one if affordable I guess

Got the chance to get a 4090 for about 1k€ to upgrade from 3070 (used but with warranty) but idk if worth it now that the card is old and 5080 being about the same performance which is also 1k round about (also need new power supply and everything then…)
