But he's showing 5 unlocked skills in the circle of his Against the Darkness jewel, without actually having the lines unlocked leading up to them. He doesn't have all of those anointed.

show a picture/link, my guess is Nacked is right and it's annointed on the amulet but not specified

Then Controlling or From nothing

Yeah, I didn't realize my From Nothing jewel is not Resonance, but another passive and that's the problem.
