Feom what i understand , is that you locked in -monk
Then from that you started blindly following a build
Now you realise some stuff are lacking but you dont understand how to fix it
My siggestion that will fix allllllll your lacking for this build and watever you wanna do is to go check the skill gems and spirit gem and actually READ THE DESCRIPTION
You could do so checking the unique items the game offer currently
Also check out poe2db for the modifier possible on items
When you see an item that has something you dont know , you press alt and go click on the keyword , READ
Doing so will make you learn the game basics and mechanics
And when you understand how stuff work , you will be free to make your own build suiting your playstyle while being able to know when,why,how to improve your character
