Hi buddy,
Feel free to tip me if you solve your issues as it seems our crashing issues are the same.
I have a similar issue earlier last year. I had the following set up:
1. GPU 3070Ti
2. MB B550M
3. PSU 750W
4. RAM 32G
5. AMD RYZEN 5600x
How my issue feels similar to yours:
I bought my set up back in 2021. It was working fine without any issues for the 1st 6 months. Subsequently when D4 came out and after the 1st patch release. My pc began to crash between first 5 mins – 15mins of running D4 everytime.
Immediately thought it might be due to outdated graphics driver. Installed but no success.
Problem persists, and usually is working fine after the 2nd or 3rd reboot. I had to keep repeating the above step for almost a year. Everything runs fine unless I open a youtube & maxroll guide and the game simultaneously. It was a temporary solution but very frustrating.
I searched google for many solutions but came to non.
Fast forward 1 year later. My pc started crashing even when playing YouTube, again within the first 5 mins – 15mins window That was when I decided that its enough.
Bought a new GPU 4070 and everything works fine. While I’m not a technical expert. My conclusion is that the graphics card was faulty to begin with as it couldn’t handle the graphics of D4 which was quite puzzling.
My advice is either send the GPU back to the seller/local gpu service office and report it faulty if your warranty is still active. Otherwise, I’m sorry you have to get a new one.
