cant decide yet wich one going

to clear t15+ cast on freeze proc way more on my ice strike monk
want to test the setup on some t4 breach boss with the cast on shock setup to ring the bell
my question is charged staff with support will be enough to proc shock on those endgame boss or do i need some jewels with shock as add ?
someone allready tested both ? since the cast on freeze can proc also on boss and its hard to test ingame as 300 breach splinter get me some times to farm lol

herald of ice
herald of thunder ( both setup to explode )
grim feast
combat frenzy
wild dancer
cast on freeze

would like to know a more boss oriented setup to ring the bell
i got ok gear ( around 50 div ) 158k ice strike tooltip dps going up to 400k ingame with buff
