Im not sure if theres any real usecase for annulment if not combined with omen.

i use chaos orbs pretty loosely even tho i probably shouldnt. anything with high ilvl and lotsa good rolls except 1~2 affixes. ngl it hasnt resulted in anything that great even with omen increasing odds. might just be bad luck. no idea what ppl use annulment for
