Not sure if anyone encountered the same issue.

Just working on an alt for now.

Got it rushed through act 3-6 and suddenly discovered all the side quest boss icons are darkened and totally marked "X"

tried to revisit those mobs but they no longer drop passive point rewards, resistance rewards .. basically all the permanent stats.

Does this mean that the character is now broken?
