Not sure the tier req level of stun duration but make sure that if the level requirement of two tiers are the same its not 100%.

Also, without attack speed most staffs are kinda rough to sell. Huge phys rolls with crit but the smoothness of game play with attack speed is a prerequisite imo.

stun duration is of staggering so it is second highest. I checked POE2DB and the cold damage is the lowest amongst all.

I agree with the attack speed which is why i haven't used another that I just crafted .

Yolo Style crafting

I find a lot of exalts and I don't really use my chaos orbs. So I trade some times 10 Chaos for 100 plus Regals. I have thousands of transmutation orbs etc etc

So I narrow what I want to do down. I only craft Crescent Staff, and Long Staff , Dual String bows for weapons at the moment because I need them for my Monk and Ranger. I make them all rares and put them in my reforge stash.
Minimal level must be 77 because that is the second best level to get good stats.

I have wisdom scrolls in my inventory. I always ID items during farming. So for the above items i mention, I will make it rare , if it sucks , stash it for reforge. For other items like magic Expert Barriers, Slicing, I will ID it in game, if the stats are nice I will regal it. if after regaling and the stats are really good.
I will exalt it once, so it is 4 stats. And if it is still good I either stash it to Yolo Exalt it later or exalt it straightaway to try my luck.
