is there ANY difference between frames generated by raw power and by the new ai technology from nvidia dlss4, which is supposed to support many games, including possibly poe2?

It's better to have raw power. But as the tech ages frame generation will be useful to help it maintain frames/graphics settings. How much? IDK.

Edit. If this is in reference to the 5000 series cards..I wouldn't upgrade from a 4000 series.
