nope

not yet, it's really annoying

you can look at the quest map for the + next to some monsters but that only does skill points

Yea it really sucks I was like lvl 88 when I realized that I am missing like 10 passive points and 10 all resistances from the quests and it took me a few hours to finish them because I didn't know which ones. At least they could put the name of the quest in those guides instead of some boss name, because it doesn't help if you want to check which ones you are missing. And also there are some passive points books and resistances which are not even considered as quests....
