I have done what this text requires me and yet I don't get additional points beyond 4.

I've done a juiced out t16 map with the worst additional modifiers Area level 81, so the boss was over what the text says.

What am I doing wrong here since I am not getting the points?

t15+2 (corruption and iridiated) for the next point
t16+2 after that
arbiter for the last ones
