I combined the 2 builds into1 and added a extra loop of infinite damage, and a triljon heal
25k heal/1sec, 44%MoM, etc

cast a fireball to create and blow up 66.6 raging spirits (nn to be 564)
I just have a low damage heartbound loop, you can also corrupt them for big damage and equip 2 of them, witch would *3 my screenshot heals
Not have atm:
then you convert this selfdamage into elemental damage and trigger 40%es recoup
so thats 100%heartbound damage*0.4turned into elemental*0.4recoup*0.25 resists maxed = 4% (if at 75%fire resist)
Adding some armour would balance things better, to cast more raging spirits, when need less total life/mana to start things up
75%physical and fire damage reduction against a heartbound loop hit, would mean,
19%damage taken healed as es+15%es recovery passive
You also have these gloves, sacrafice 15%life to recover that match es when manual cast a spell, thats not realy infinite
i think he heals +/-1860es per second in the above video 600*0.33curse cast speed
