With the exception of campaign and grafics poe1 is better in every single aspect but it's still 1 year+ away from release, so we'll get there eventually?

once they come back and nerf a bunch of stuff and if they still don't offer a free respec that'll do massive damage to game numbers

It’s a complete piece of shit. I agree with you. Not sure how they thought this was an improvement. Why on earth would they make the campaign longer and the map layouts worse. If they don’t do a drastic overhaul to the beginning of the game then it’s going to fall flat and only the group that rides ggg are going to stay. No way the player base goes up from this.

I tried Poe 1 for about 1-2 months. Didn't connect with the game and left it and never played it again.

Gave this game a try and I absolutely love this game. Struggling a bit on the MF part and my PC is a potato so end game maps like Savannah makes me drop to like 30-40 fps when running breaches and that makes me sad because I can't enjoy the game properly, but too broke to buy a new PC lol.

Anyway my input as a fellow gamer who never played Poe 1 much is just that I love this game. I guess it's just not good enough for others. We all have different taste. I just hope they don't nerf the LA ranger build, that would make me sad. Such an amazing feeling popping 4 or 5 arrows freezing everything making them shatter is just soooo satisfying

lol though the endgame needs work for sure, im still having lots of fun i love it
try to not push it too hard, its EA theres not that much stuff to do. playing like 1-2 hours a day is just fine. poe 2 is not a second job which surely as hell was the case in poe 1

Yeah a game that is still #4 most played on steam 24 hour charts which doesn't include the people who don't play through steam is gonna die soon

Lets ignore the fact that the game is in early access and the company has a track record of 13 years of adjusting gameplay based on feedback to suit what the players want.

Yet people on this website still think D2R is alive when its less than 20k players during a new season

Oh, and yeah devs need vacations too.

Ive played 200 hours, first time poe player. Got multiple builds to mid tier maps playing solo or with friends and Ive loved every bit of it.

Im not an end game crusher, nor do I have any intentions of pushing that content but that is my perspective. I know I have atleast 200 hours more that I will casually put into the game over the coming months trying out different builds and characters and skills.

As an adult casual who certainly games more then actual target casuals this game is great and I could never in good faith say a game is trash once Ive put so much time in the game that Ive enjoyed.

Its still in early access. They know the end game needs a lot of work. And the fact that this is an actual EA as opposed to the marketing gimmick cash grab most companies do now should be extremely encouraging for the launch of this game and the subsequent years of further developments/upgrades as time goes on.
