Hey I'm level 12 and I got widowhail, which runes should I put in and what build should I use to level up ?

i'd prob just slap mana on kill in there since it'll be useful in the lategame too
it scales your quiver so anything really.
depending on the quiver, poison/bleed/ice concoctions, bonestorm, spark, dunno what else

Cant find a décent build with it

some arcs build, or deadeye LA can use it but it have to be perfect/vaaled for more than 250%c + also very good quiver to use it. During lvl u can use it but take like 2 flat dmg mods with like inc dmg with bow skills/attack speed etc on quive, imo hard to use if u dont have some knowledge of the game.

poison conc is good with it

might get nerfed though

Or just get a pillar for like 1ex and stat-stack your way to maps
